Returns Policy & Product Guarantee – ALMI

At Alittlemoreinteresting (ALMI), we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns Policy

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and unworn, with packaging and tags intact.
• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order after your return is processed.
• To start a return, email us at admin@alittlemoreinteresting.com with:
• Your name
• Order number / date of purchase
• Product description
• Reason for return

Once we receive your request, we’ll email you with step-by-step return instructions.

How to Return an Item (Canada)

1. Email admin@alittlemoreinteresting.com with your return request.
2. Follow the instructions we send you by email.
3. Package your return securely, including as much original packaging as possible.
4. Ship the package back using Canada Post or your preferred courier. Be sure to request a certificate of posting or tracking receipt for your records.
5. Once we receive and inspect your return:
• If approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
• If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we’ll email you with an explanation.

⚠️ Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.

Product Guarantee – 1 Year Warranty

All purchases are covered by our 1-year product guarantee. If your product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase:

• We’ll replace it free of charge.
• The product will be inspected to confirm the issue.
• Misuse, improper care, or damage not related to product quality is not covered under the warranty.
